Returns & Refund Policy

At Punters Golf, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please carefully review our returns, refunds, and warranty policies below.

30-Day Store Credit Guarantee*

We offer a 30-day store credit guarantee on all purchases. This policy is designed to cover products that are defective, unfit for use, or not as described.

Note, see bottom of refund and returns page regarding any Masters Promotional material. Some orders may not be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including the barcode.
  • Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received. Any signs of damage, wear, or use will void eligibility for store credit.

Exclusions:

  • This policy does not cover change-of-mind returns or instances where a cheaper alternative was found after purchase.
  • If the customer is exercising the 30 Day Guarantee, a return label will not be provided. Customer must organise the return to Punters. Return labels are only sent to customer for warranty claims as decided by Punters.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at support@puntersgolf.com to open a case.

    • The customer may be asked to organise and cover any cost of shipping.

     

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  3. Clearly label the package and ship it to:

  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on occasion. All shipping must include a trackable parcel.

  5. The customer must also advise Punters Golf the day the package is sent, along with a tracking number.

Inspection & Store Credit:

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit if the item is returned in its original condition.
  • The store credit amount will be applied to your Punters Golf account or provided via an electronic gift card.
  • Store credit processing may take 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Please note that shipping fees are not included in the store credit.

**Standard Refund Policy During the Promotion Period**

**IMPORTANT: No Change of Mind Refunds During the Promotion Period**

By placing an order during the promotion period (March 23, 2026 – April 9, 2026), customers acknowledge and agree that:

• No change of mind refunds will be accepted for orders placed during the promotion period. All sales are final, subject only to the Bryson Bet winning condition outlined in Section 4.

• No cancellations will be accepted once an order has been placed and payment received during the promotion period.

• No refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, change of preference, or similar discretionary reasons will be granted.

• No refunds due to the promotional nature of the offer — customers cannot request a refund on the basis that they no longer wish to participate in the promotion.

**Exceptions — Your Consumer Rights Are Protected**

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Refunds, replacements, or repairs will still be provided where:

• A product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description.

• A product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL.

• An order is lost or not delivered.

 

2. Warranty Policy

Most Punters Golf products are backed by an 12-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use. Note, apparel or any item of clothing is not included under this warranty.

  • Coverage: Our warranty applies to any defects or malfunctions in materials or workmanship. This includes issues that render the product unusable or significantly hinder its intended function.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized alterations, accidents, or general wear and tear. Items damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for warranty claims.
  • Claim Process:
    1. Contact us at support@puntersgolf.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect.
    2. If necessary, we may request that the item be returned for inspection.
    3. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective item at no cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
    • Gifts or custom items.
    • Gift cards.
  • Discounted Products: Items purchased at a discount will only be refunded at the discounted price (for warrantable items only). Customers will receive a refund for the exact amount paid. Otherwise, customers will receive store credit (in the form of a gift card) for the 30 Day Guarantee. 

4. Final Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received, inspected, and deemed to be in its original condition. Any item found to be damaged or not in its original packaging will not qualify for a refund.
